We have a new granddaughter ~ Our daughter Amber gave birth to Addyson Leigh on Wednesday at 1:28 p.m. weighing in at 7#'s and 4 oz. ... 18" long. She's a pudgy little thing but oh so beautiful.

Please pray for Amber. She lives in SW Lousiana and will be leaving the hospital, less than 24 hours after she gave birth, to evacuate her home. Her husband, Joel, who is a firefighter will have to stay behind. This means that Amber will be going with her mother-in-law, two toddlers and a brand new baby to north Lousiana where Joel has family. Having a brand new baby is exhausting enough without having to gather your family to evacuate on top of it. Her mommy is concerned for her!
